The Levitronix^® pumps with single-use pump heads are used in Biovian for several TFF applications, including viral particle concentration / diafiltration and in cell wash and protein refolding processes.

The use of single-use pump heads, pressure and flow sensors or clamp-on flow sensors have significantly decreased the process failure risks and the time and work for preparation. The use of Levitronix^® pump system in cell harvesting / wash and in refolding process will be presented.
